With reference to your telegram of 27th January Certificate of Origin Ordinance passed yesterday. List of countries and form of certificate are same as in the Board

Variance of 1 day from the instructions con- veyed in your telegram of 3rd March was owing to the fact that translation of telegram became available only as the meeting of Legislative Council began and the difference in date was not noticed till the Ordinance had been passed.
